Payment will be issued via invoice (When applicable.)I Will Draw:

Simple gore (Including "Candy gore")
Couple drawings (Includes Heterosexual and LGBTQ+ pairings, Polyamorous relationships/Relationships with more than two partners, Feral characters who are a couple, etc.)I Will Not Draw:
Humans/Human-like characters
Characters from licensed products (Movies, TV shows, Games, Books, etc. This does not apply if you want your character drawn with said character, but I will not draw them by themself.)
Complicated Mechs/Robots
NSFW/Fetish material
Extremely complex outfits
Extremely complex characters
Extreme gore
Generally, anything I am uncomfortable drawing.Important Info:
More complicated characters will cost more depending on how complex they are.
If you want more than one character in one piece, each character is the original price multiplied by the number of characters.
Users of Paypal must pay tax on their commission.
(Ex: fully shaded fullbodies of three characters together would be $135 dollars; $40x3)

X. Acceptance---I. General RulesI reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
I do not consent to the use of my artwork for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any blockchain-related purposes, training of artificial intelligence (AI) in any form, or commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed in writing.
I retain full copyright over all artwork unless otherwise agreed.
Information in this TOS may be repeated for clarification.---II. Content RestrictionsI will not draw humans, mechs, hidden fetishes (including fetish content not disclosed before work begins), or bigoted, oppressive, or terroristic material.
I require a clear and complete reference sheet for your character. I will not work from written descriptions alone. If a clear reference is not provided, I will refuse your commission.---III. PaymentPayment can be made in full upfront or after sketch approval (no further work will continue until payment is received).
Complex designs may require an additional fee, disclosed before work begins.
I accept PayPal and CashApp (CashApp preferred).
Users paying via PayPal must cover applicable transaction fees/taxes.
All prices are in USD and will be communicated before payment.---IV. Refunds & CancellationsYou may request a refund at any point before completion. If you receive a refund, you may not use, share, or post any part of the artwork.
If I cancel your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
I may refuse service for reasons including but not limited to rude or foul behavior, discriminatory opinions or actions (e.g., homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism), collision of beliefs, inability to produce the requested design or subject matter, or any other/undisclosed reason.---V. RevisionsBefore sketch approval, unlimited revisions are allowed.
After lineart stage, only color changes are allowed.
Major changes after lineart may require an additional fee.
I will correct mistakes in my work at any stage free of charge.
I am open to small changes within 3 days after completion. After that, I will not make further edits.---VI. Watermark PolicyI will not remove my watermark from any artwork.
You may not crop, remove, or alter my watermark.
Watermarks may be resized by me to suit the piece, but opacity will not be reduced.
All work-in-progress (WIP) images will be watermarked.---VII. Turnaround & DeliveryDelivery time depends on complexity and my schedule, and will be estimated before payment.
Artwork is delivered as a .PNG file via email.
I am not responsible for delays caused by the client (e.g., slow responses).
If you go silent for an unreasonable amount of time, I will pause work until you respond.---VIII. CommunicationIf I do not receive a response from you within 10 days after requesting feedback, the commission may be considered abandoned with no refund.---IX. Usage RightsYou may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile pictures, personal prints, posting online with credit).
You may not sell, license, or otherwise profit from the artwork, use my work for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain projects, remove or alter my watermark, or claim the artwork as your own creation.---X. AcceptanceBy commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.---
